In La Roche-Bernard, our gastronomic restaurant invites you to discover an ethical, sincere, and demanding cuisine, where seafood takes center stage.

Each dish is entirely made in-house using fresh products, carefully selected by our chef during his visits to the markets of La Roche-Bernard and Vannes, several times a week. Guided by a respect for the seasons and the producers, our cuisine highlights refined flavor combinations to offer a true gastronomic experience.

We welcome you from Thursday to Saturday for lunch, from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, as well as on certain Sundays for special events, such as Mother's Day or during school holidays.

The Chef and his story

Chef Benoît Gauchet honed his skills under the tutelage of renowned figures in gastronomy such as Jacques Thorel, Olivier Roellinger, and Jean-François Piège. These experiences allowed him to develop a demanding cuisine, guided by respect for ingredients and the pursuit of authentic flavors.

Today, he shares with his team his passion for local and seafood products, as well as a taste for refined, generous, and entirely homemade cuisine.
